These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Hamirach website and, where applicable, the Hamirach platform and APIs, provided by Hamirach Lab LLC. This is a template pending legal review.

By accessing this website or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. The services
Hamirach provides financial infrastructure that enables businesses to embed crypto and fiat services through APIs. Money transfer services for U.S. residents are provided by HAMIRACH US LLC, registered as a Money Services Business (MSB) in the State of Montana (registration no. 31000311076862). Services for non-U.S. residents are provided by Hamirach Lab LLC. Hamirach is not a bank; regulated banking and payment services are provided by licensed financial institutions. 3. Eligibility & acceptable use
You must use the services in compliance with applicable laws and any usage policies we provide. You agree not to use the services for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purposes, or to attempt to disrupt or compromise the security of the platform.
4. Accounts & API keys
You are responsible for safeguarding any credentials or API keys issued to you and for all activity under them. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
5. Fees
Fees, where applicable, are described in your order form or the pricing in effect. [TODO: reference the actual commercial terms.]
6. Intellectual property
The website, brand and software are owned by Hamirach Lab LLC and its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or content except as necessary to use the services.
